Return Policy
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the receipt date. All returns require a written return authorization number, which must be included in all correspondence and returned packages.
Returned items must be mailed within 30 days of the return authorization date (based on the postmark date); otherwise, a refund will not be issued. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all labels, packaging, and accessories (if any).
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
Returned items incur shipping costs and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Exceptions: Custom orders, such as decorative clothing, cannot be returned unless the item is defective or we made an error in the production of the custom order.
We are not responsible for misuse, customer self-installation, damage during transport, or improper storage.
