Processing Time
In-stock orders are expected to ship within the standard 1-2 week processing time.
We accept small quantities of customized and pre-sale orders. If you select a customized or pre-sale item, the estimated shipping date will be displayed in the product shipping description on our website and next to each item in your order confirmation email.
Orders received after 2 PM Eastern Time will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following Monday (excluding federal holidays).
Once your order leaves our warehouse, FedEx International Express typically takes 8-14 business days to deliver. Order status is fully trackable. You may see a second tracking number in the shipping details to track your final delivery. You can view this tracking number by selecting "View More Tracking Information". Tracking information for all international shipments may take up to 72 hours to activate initially; please be patient.
